The objectives were quite opposite - to grow the team as soon as possible for already defined roles in terms of developers and to build the whole structure using people with appropriate skill-set and seniority in terms of sales.The main challenge was finding candidates with advertising and marketing experience. We achieved this using a super short feedback loop, small iterations and being in constant touch with the client.In total, two dedicated recruiters helped Advantage Media hire 4 developers and build a team of 6 salespeople including Sales Director.
