xBerry was founded in 2016 and grew from a small task force to a company consisting of 50+ experts. Theyare an R&D house specialized in solving problems at the edge of Embedded, Image Processing, and Machine LearningThe client approached us with the goal to help them scale up faster. They wanted to make the process as quick and efficient as possible.We started by hiring five C++ developers for their Sweden customer, and then it was two machine learning engineers for the US project. A total was 20 people and still counting. The whole process is on our end: starting with creating a candidate profile for the role, finding the right candidates, evaluating them and finally presenting the client with a relevant shortlist and recommendations.

Advantage Media is a digital marketing agency founded by a team of programmatic advertising enthusiasts. Their goal is to help publishers increase their ad revenue with cutting-edge software.The client approached us with two goals: to staff their IT department and to help with sales team recruitment. The objectives were quite opposite - to grow the team as soon as possible for already defined roles in terms of developers and to build the whole structure using people with appropriate skill-set and seniority in terms of sales.The main challenge was finding candidates with advertising and marketing experience. We achieved this using a super short feedback loop, small iterations and being in constant touch with the client.In total, two dedicated recruiters helped Advantage Media hire 4 developers and build a team of 6 salespeople including Sales Director.
