The main challenge was that the client did not have previous experience in collecting such data and they wanted the supplier to be involved in workflow creation.SolutionsThe Terry Soot Management Group recruited and trained teams of locals in 1 month. The following structure was built: 5 Local Drivers per country1 Field Coordinator per country1 Project ManagerAll Field Operators were trained during the Face2Face training in main hubs in each market. The training included technical (how to use tools and submit data correctly), compliance (how to meet client’s standards of compliance) and incidence (how to act in unpredictable situation) chapters.Additional responsibilities of our team- Finding e-cars with required range (suitable for longer trips) and of required connector types.- Tools management (shipping of secured phones and tech supplements, addressing any tech issues during the field).- Quality Control (a separate TSMG team was trained to control the quality of submitted data).- Travel Desk support (all travels and accommodations of drivers and training team were planned and booked internally).ResultsBy working with TSMG the client was able to deliver this complicated project and collect specific datasets in very short timeframes. aunch the field in shorter terms than expected.After finishing first markets the client chose to go again with TSMG for next 8 countries.
