ClientOne of top 10 tech companies with headquarters in the US. CountriesUK, ES, IT, PT, IRTaskThe task was to collect detailed information on all navigation items on streets (road signs, number of stairs, number of entrances, etc). The team had to mark all required items on the map draft and attach photos as proofs.ChallengeOur client was requested to launch a new project for their completely new client. The main challenge was that our client had no previous experience with such type of projects and we were involved in all plannings, workflows and risk management processes.SolutionThe Terry Soot Management Group recruited and trained teams of locals in 1 month. The following structure was built: 25-30 local field operators per country2 field coordinators per country1 project managerAll Field Operators were trained during the Face2Face training in main hubs in each market. The training included technical (how to use tools and submit data correctly), compliance (how to meet client’s standards of compliance) and incidence (how to act in unpredictable situations) chapters. Additional responsibilities- Tools management (shipping of secured phones and tech supplements, addressing any tech issues during the field).- Quality Control (a separate TSMG team was trained to control the quality of submitted data).- Travel Desk support (all travels and accommodations of drivers and training team were planned and booked internally). Results By working with TSMG the client was able to launch the field in shorter terms than expected and got next markets, for where we were selected as field supplier as well.
