From there, we were able to generate a robust DTC growth plan that allows the business to exceed their goals.

To assist in the client in the acquisition process, we performed due diligence on the target company’s current platform to evaluate its current condition and potential in the space. We delivered a comprehensive company assessment based on a CEO interview, a limited data request, and competitive market analysis. The assessment focused on Technology and Service Partners, Advertising and Digital Marketing, Data and Analytics, and Competition.
Spoonflower sought out RMW Commerce to help grow its eCommerce revenue dramatically in the next 5 years. In order to help facilitate this growth, Spoonflower wishes to replatform using an off-the-shelf platform.RMW’s role throughout the project was to serve as overall project manager, including the platform vendor and agency and vendor partner contacts, in order to assist with achieving expected business value.
Villa & House (formerly Bungalow 5) engaged RMW Commerce to lead the company through a structured process to support the launch of the new business within the next twelve months. We developed a detailed plan in order to thoughtfully enter the market in a partner-friendly way, with the right assortment, and appropriate organizational capabilities. Additionally through a guided process, we were able to uncover the Client’s needs, develop and execute a Request for Proposal process with Website Design/Build vendors, and execute a contract with the selected vendor.
