This client was struggling to hit their hiring goals due to a poor online reputation and corporate image. We worked to claim and clean up their online platforms then implement a strategy to gather and grow their employee online reviews on both Glassdoor and Indeed. With organized and customized campaigns we were steadily able to improve their rating to just below a 4.0 from real employee reviews.

This client came to us as they were struggling with a low Google Rating (2.5) and were not receiving consistent reviews. They have many happy customers however their unhappy customers were the only ones who were organically leaving reviews. Previously, they had tried asking for reviews, sending newsletters with links, having QR codes on site, and other ideas that did not produce consistent results. We worked with them to understand their customer lifecycle, identify areas of opportunity to ask for a review/feedback, and then created our strategy. We built their custom campaigns, received CRM access, and began executing. This client now averages 7 reviews per month, has improved their rating ato a 4.1 on Google, and is currently just under 350 reviews.

This compnay reached out as they were struggling with their online reputatoin and the sales team was mentioned to management that it was hurting their closing rates. Customers would reference their reviews during the sales process and they were losing deals due to this. In their industry, low reputations are common and they felt it would not only help their sales team but be a huge competitive advantage if we could improve their online reviews. When we began working with them, they had a 1.9 Rating and 37 Reviews on Google. We worked with their teams to understand their customer acquisition process and customer lifecycle in order to determine when was the best time to solicit public reviews or internal feedback. We agreed upon a strategy and Rhino Reviews began executing. In just 4 months, they improved from 1.9 to 4.0 and grew from 37 reviews to 139 reviews. They remain a current client 3 years later and we currently sit just under 500 reviews with a 4.4 rating.
