Project Description

I have partnered with this company on numerous direct outreach campaigns in the past and have consistently seen impressive results each time. They supported our campaign strategy, design, and execution, including recipient list modeling and development, print and digital media design, omni-channel campaign execution, and performance analysis. I worked directly with the VP of Client Services and the Media Director, but I am sure there were many other dedicated team members working behind the scenes.

Pros

Thanks to PropeloMedia’s efforts, our fundraising campaign was a huge success. We achieved a very strong program ROI and exceeded our fundraising goal. The team was incredibly responsive, communicative, and supportive throughout the workflow.

Cons

I would appreciate one additional QA check in the process, specifically for our print piece. The piece was beautiful and effective, so no issues there. I just need a little extra reassurance before our direct mail pieces hit the mail stream.
