Graeme Lipschits was brought in as Head of European Sales to manage and execute the company’s European sales expansion efforts.With Builders current inbound lead qualification team based primarily in India,  Graeme identified the need for a European-based sales partner who could provide UK-based salespeople to manage and support their European inbound lead generation strategy.Outcome:Excelerate360 successfully integrated a dedicated sales development representative in Builder.ai’s existing inbound lead qualification team. Throughout our two-year partnership, we were responsible for managing and qualifying all European-based inbound leads. While working with the Builder.ai team, we processed 4723 inbound leads, 167 of which were qualified and resulted in demos completed with potential opportunities.  Our partnership enabled Builder.ai to grow its business within the UK and EU markets with reduced strain on its internal team, helping them achieve business growth more seamlessly.

LEAD GENERATION SERVICE / EMEA

ClientBamboo Rose provides product innovation and a multi-enterprise supply chain platform that connects the community to discover, develop, and deliver products at digital speed. They connect retailers, manufacturers, suppliers, and all community members to optimise the product and supply chain process, reduce risk, and add new and innovative products. Bamboo Rose required a resource and local partner with extensive experience and knowledge in setting up and managing sales teams in the EMEA market.Our main objective was to support Bamboo Rose with an initial new market entry. We were also tasked with the responsibility of identifying and engaging key organisations within Bamboo Rose’s target addressable market.Outcome:Based on the initial requirements provided by Bamboo Rose, Excelerate360 delivered our multi-channel Lead Generation service, where we created a sales playbook, built a targeted data set, developed scripts and templates, engaged prospects and delivered sales qualified leads (SQLs).

LEAD GENERATION SERVICE / ITALY

ClientOur client offers Artificial Intelligence software dedicated to video analysis, which enhances video surveillance systems by introducing features such as face detection, human body motion detection, and anxiety detection.Meetings secured with:Ferrari, Coca Cola, H&M, Gucci, Sky, Prada, Huawei and VodafoneSituationBased in Rome (Italy), with several great success stories from their previous AI solutions in the medical field, our client was interested in receiving additional b2b lead generation outreach support and management. Although PJC is based in Italy, they decided to partner with E360 as they believed in our approach to lead generation, seeing the benefits of outsourcing compared to building a local team in-house. We provided PJC with a native-speaking Italian SDR, who was managed by our team in the UK. This allowed PJC to maintain the focus on solution development and day-to-day operational responsibilities while trusting E360 with lead generation and market development.Outcome:Excelerate360 supported the execution of PJC’s new business go-to-market & sales strategy. Our goal was to generate new business engagements and secure meetings for PJC for their new AI security solution (AIVA) within the Italian market. We achieved great success with our new business activities, creating 1 sales opportunity for every 3.3 meetings secured, all within the first 12 months. Our relationship with PJC has also grown beyond this initial project. We are now considered a long-term partner and continue to develop their sales messaging, new business approach, and marketing content.

LEAD GENERATION SERVICE / UK

Redbridge required a local UK-based, English-speaking sales development resource responsible for delivering top-of-funnel lead generation activity to secure sales-qualified leads (SQLs). Our objective was to engage the UK corporate market and support Redbridge’s existing internal business development team based in France. Unique to E360’s services, and one of Redbridge’s main requirements was for the resource and all outbound activity to be recorded in their own CRM environment. With a relatively small team of staff, mainly in financial analytics or advisory positions, and with the pandemic limiting recruitment options, the E360 lead generation service was the ideal solution to fulfil their ambitions to help expand into the UK markets.Outcome: Within our first 6 months (120-day delivery), we secured 70 meetings for Redbridge, of which 54 were attended, with 17 immediate opportunities identified. This created a £1 million+ opportunity pipeline for Redbridge.
