Redbridge required a local UK-based, English-speaking sales development resource responsible for delivering top-of-funnel lead generation activity to secure sales-qualified leads (SQLs). Our objective was to engage the UK corporate market and support Redbridge’s existing internal business development team based in France. Unique to E360’s services, and one of Redbridge’s main requirements was for the resource and all outbound activity to be recorded in their own CRM environment. With a relatively small team of staff, mainly in financial analytics or advisory positions, and with the pandemic limiting recruitment options, the E360 lead generation service was the ideal solution to fulfil their ambitions to help expand into the UK markets.Outcome: Within our first 6 months (120-day delivery), we secured 70 meetings for Redbridge, of which 54 were attended, with 17 immediate opportunities identified. This created a £1 million+ opportunity pipeline for Redbridge.

Although PJC is based in Italy, they decided to partner with E360 as they believed in our approach to lead generation, seeing the benefits of outsourcing compared to building a local team in-house. We provided PJC with a native-speaking Italian SDR, who was managed by our team in the UK. This allowed PJC to maintain the focus on solution development and day-to-day operational responsibilities while trusting E360 with lead generation and market development.Outcome:Excelerate360 supported the execution of PJC’s new business go-to-market & sales strategy. Our goal was to generate new business engagements and secure meetings for PJC for their new AI security solution (AIVA) within the Italian market. We achieved great success with our new business activities, creating 1 sales opportunity for every 3.3 meetings secured, all within the first 12 months. Our relationship with PJC has also grown beyond this initial project. We are now considered a long-term partner and continue to develop their sales messaging, new business approach, and marketing content.
