Higher Ed Admissions Accellerator

Recently, Marshall B. Ketchum University was able to leverage their Lean Marketing Framework™️ and partner with 454 Creative to deploy a social media and search pay-per-click campaign meant to boost enrollment for their Fall 2020 semester. Secret Cellar Branding & E-Commerce Website

BrandingWe worked with A Hidden Vine to create a visual brand identity that included a logo, brand icon, and style guide that captured the sophistication of the Secret Cellar brand. With a blend of classic and modern typography and a neutral color pallet, the Secret Cellar brand is elegant and poised, set to attract those who have a taste for only the best wines.Video + PhotographyAs a way to visually communicate the brand messaging, we collaborated with A Hidden Vine to produce an introductory video for the website. 454 Creative provided storyboarding, scriptwriting, an onsite production crew, voice over artist, music selection, and editing to create the following video for their website as well as provided onsite photography to capture original photos for marketing purposes.WebsiteWe designed and built a custom e-commerce website within Shopify, a popular e-commerce platform. We implemented a fully custom design and integrated recurring subscription functionality and management. Through the customization, A Hidden Vine can easily manage their orders and recurring subscriptions.Brand LaunchOnce all the assets were in place we worked with A Hidden Vine to launch email campaigns, social media posts, online advertisements, and marketing strategy to boost the impact of the website.

Despite the challenges posed by COVID-19, 454 Creative proved to be a solid partner in our digital marketing campaign for a litter removal service. Their expertise in PPC, advertising, and content creation contributed to increased open rates and a converted sale. While there were minor hiccups along the way, their thoroughness and attention to detail were commendable, making them a valuable asset to our team.

Project Description

Their work primarily focused on implementing cutting-edge digital marketing tactics, including PPC, regional marketing, and advertising campaigns on LinkedIn. They conducted thorough research to understand our business needs and developed an email marketing campaign, as well as created landing pages for our Adopt A Beach program. The team was composed of a lead teammate, an account manager, and IT professionals. We found them through an online search for local marketing services, and invested approximately $15,000 in their services. Our collaboration lasted from December 2019 to June 2020, with plans for further work before COVID-19 impacted our project timeline.

Pros

Their attention to detail was outstanding, especially during the onboarding process. They took the time to fully comprehend our business and were very meticulous in their approach. The team was receptive to our needs and worked collaboratively with us throughout the project.

Cons

There were a few instances where they could have been more prepared for meetings, but overall, it did not significantly impact our experience working with them.

Project Description

We chose 454 Creative after reviewing several proposals and being impressed by their values and ability to meet our tight deadline. They were tasked with building a brand new website on Wordpress and integrating it with our existing database. The team consisted of around 5 members, including an account manager, developers, and technical strategists.

Pros

Their speed and efficiency in the workflow were exceptional. I particularly enjoyed their communication style and found their project management tools to be effective. They helped create a website that was not reliant on search functionality, leading to increased time on site and pages per visit.

Cons

I am not aware of any areas for improvement. The entire process went smoothly and we were satisfied with the results.
