Building the team from scratch for a new company product.We managed to build a team for a product focused on the US market for one of the company’s key customers. Team consisted of 10+ senior level engineers including DevOps, Full stack engineers, QA, Technical Architects. The term of the recruitment cycle and closing of 10 + positions was in total 2 months (the tasks were completed within the deadlines). The product has been successfully implemented and the team continues to expand.

American product company/ start-up in Poland An American company approached us with the task – to build a development team in Warsaw, the part of the team was planned to be distributed and have the opportunity to work remotely from anywhere in Poland.Work on the product started completely from scratch since the company only had a business plan and initial investments to build a team.
