Our organization had already developed the core software for our product, so we decided to expand our development team by partnering with ZERF. They provided additional team members to further enhance and design our web application. Our tech stack includes MongoDB for the database, React for the frontend, and Node for the framework. We follow the scrum methodology and work in two-week sprints.

While ZERF provides quality work, a more cost-efficient solution would be appreciated. Additionally, there is room for improvement in the design aspect of the project.

I chose this vendor based on a recommendation from a partner company. They were involved in preparing documentation for the UX/UI designer, designing the onboarding process, and delivering documentation for the developers following an agile development approach.

The vendor’s work was highly satisfactory, with everything progressing smoothly and on track. Communication with the vendor was easy, and they demonstrated excellent execution and delivery.

It would have been beneficial to have more frequent check-in meetings to ensure project alignment.
