Our collaboration with Wishtree Technologies involved refining our online platform to align with our organizational goals. Through detailed discussions and a clear project plan, we were able to prioritize key enhancements within our budget constraints. Wishtree’s team efficiently executed the project, delivering a revamped website on schedule.

Wishtree Technologies demonstrated a high level of responsiveness and efficiency throughout the project. Their clear communication, timely delivery, and ability to quickly address issues were particularly impressive.

There were some instances where it took multiple exchanges to clarify certain aspects of the project. However, once the team understood our requirements, they promptly addressed them.

Our collaboration with Wishtree Technologies involved the maintenance and development of our Android and iOS mobile apps, as well as the creation of test apps for CTV devices such as Apple TV, Roku TV, and Amazon Firestick. Additionally, they assisted in the migration of our iOS app from Objective C to Swift and provided automated testing for our mobile apps. The team also supported us by offering flexibility in resource allocation and providing a part-time QA engineer when needed.

They were highly productive and delivered value in a short time frame. Their collaborative approach and willingness to take on new challenges were impressive. They quickly learned and adapted to develop the required test apps for CTV devices, despite having no prior knowledge in that area.

It would have been beneficial if they had a mobile device lab or simulator environment for running automated tests. However, they did invest in setting up a Mac mini for this purpose.

I decided to work with Wishtree Technologies based on a friend’s recommendation. We had an initial meeting to outline our objectives, followed by a thorough wireframing process to address any potential obstacles. The project consisted of six sprints, with regular testing and adjustments along the way. Ajay, my main contact at Wishtree, was incredibly patient and supportive throughout the entire project.

Their seamless communication style, utilizing tools like Slack and Zoom, made the entire process much smoother. Ajay’s guidance and professionalism were invaluable, especially during challenging times like the COVID-19 pandemic.

While we did face some technical challenges at the beginning of the project due to external factors like COVID-19, Wishtree Technologies handled the situation with professionalism and transparency. There were no major issues that significantly impacted the project timeline or quality of deliverables.
