I found Wi4 through an online search and chose them over others because their pricing fit our budget and offered good value for cost. The scope of our project with Wi4 was to implement the Mirth Connect system to enhance interoperability for our clients in India. This included system audit, suggestions, implementation, testing, maintenance, and employee training.

Wi4 was detailed in their observations and documentation, providing helpful and cost-effective solutions. They were responsive to our needs and delivered items on time. Their emphasis on documentation, though initially overwhelming, proved to be extremely beneficial in the long run.

I have no suggestions for improvement for Wi4 based on my positive experience working with them. However, having an office in India would be advantageous for future projects.
