Building a chatbot for business travel
The client, a Private VIP Travel Agency from central London, asked us to build a chatbot for their repeat customers in order to facilitate the booking process and flight selection. The chatbot was collecting the flight details, making a GDS request to fetch the best flight connection, and then presenting the list to the clients.
