The client, a Private VIP Travel Agency from central London, asked us to build a chatbot for their repeat customers in order to facilitate the booking process and flight selection. The chatbot was collecting the flight details, making a GDS request to fetch the best flight connection, and then presenting the list to the clients. The chatbot was also creating the booking request in their CRM system to make the process faster with less user interaction.
