Our partnership with SWC Technology Partners involves the comprehensive management of our network infrastructure, desktop support, and data hosting. They maintain our physical and online infrastructure, including switches, servers, routers, and provide desktop support through a managed services agreement. Their involvement also extends to making recommendations for upgrading our SAN environment and data center migration, resulting in successful projects and improved performance.

The team at SWC Technology Partners is highly responsive to issues and provides multiple points of contact in case of emergencies. They excel in managing both big and small projects with efficiency and care, and are receptive to suggestions for improvement. Communication is consistently clear and effective throughout the resolution process.

We are currently working on addressing contract pricing issues with SWC Technology Partners. There was a significant increase in costs due to a lack of foresight and planning on both sides. However, we are in discussions to rectify this situation and ensure better planning for future contract changes.

Our partnership with SWC Technology Partners involved a wide range of services, including inventory management, customer relationship enhancement, and infrastructure maintenance. They monitored our network, voice-over-IP systems, and hosting environments, while also providing essential help desk support. Our systems were standardized on the Microsoft stack, utilizing Microsoft Exchange, Dynamics AX, Dynamics CRM, and various other Microsoft tools.

SWC Technology Partners excelled in their responsiveness during emergencies, even working weekends when necessary. They provided a dedicated project manager as a point of contact and a general support desk for issue reporting. Their quick resolution of any miscommunications was highly commendable.

If there was one area for improvement, it would be to offer their services for free. However, considering the quality of service provided, this is a minor concern.

I engaged SWC Technology Partners to enhance our IT network infrastructure and provide ongoing network support. They helped us transition to virtual servers, managed our network efficiently, and offered consulting services for software solutions. Additionally, they successfully completed a major project to upgrade our storage access network, exceeding our expectations.

SWC Technology Partners is incredibly prompt and responsive, offering 24/7 network monitoring and support. Their NOC support group ensures immediate assistance in case of server issues. The team is highly skilled, personable, and willing to go the extra mile to meet our needs. I appreciate their collaborative approach and expertise in various technical areas.

One area for improvement could be involving clients in the evaluation process for onsite technicians. It would be beneficial for clients to provide feedback on the technician’s performance, as they directly impact our operations and support. This could enhance communication and ensure alignment with our specific needs.
