Working with Strader-Ferris International was a great experience. They set up a complex North American supply chain for us and provided excellent warehousing, fulfillment, and distribution services. Their technical expertise and responsiveness were particularly impressive, and I would highly recommend them for similar projects.
Project Description
I found Strader-Ferris International through an online search and selected them over other options because of their great culture fit, good value for cost, and aligned company values. They assigned 2-5 employees to the project, where they received my ocean containers, handled inventory, and shipped out various types of shipments to retailers and e-commerce customers in Canada and the US. They also acted as my US and Canadian Customs Broker.
Pros
Their ability to manage both US and Canadian fulfillment/distribution from a single warehouse location in Canada cut my costs as I no longer needed separate US and Canadian warehouse locations. They handled cross border transfers efficiently with their own trucking fleets, and communication was always excellent.
Cons
There were no areas for improvement or anything they could have done differently. They met all our needs and delivered items on time.
