A law firm needed to build custom Customer Relationship Management (CRM), so they hired spinbits.io!Maria Kobryń is the CEO of a Blueshell Legal - law firm located in Warsaw. There are many law firms in Warsaw, so it isn’t easy to find customers. Blueshell Legal wanted to distinguish itself, so Maria asked us to build a custom CRM that is robust and full of features. She wanted a product that was missing in the Polish market. Good shot! Creating special and unique projects is our specialty.We proposed a budget comparable to the competition but with the use of the newest technologies and solutions. We always explain everything, so the customer knows where each cent goes - no hidden costs!After the interview with Maria, we exactly knew what to do. Because of her limited budget, we had to buy a ready-made project - as good, or even better than the competition.Then we got down to creating the website. We decided to use Figma, Netlify, and PHP adequate for the client’s budget solution. There are a few sections on the website. Home page with the most important information. Subpage “services” with different fields that Blueshell Legal works with, ex.: real estate, copyright, or corporate law. Subpage “team” where a potential client can find everything about lawyers, attorneys, and legal counsels working in the law firm. The last subpage is the blog, where news, blog posts, and other interesting stuff from the legal industry are published. Blog helps with optimizing the website for SEO. When we finished our cooperation, Maria noted a 60% increase in the number of customers!

Automobilis is a Lithuanianstartup that offers easy to use platform for cars, motorcycles, and resellers. The platform collects bidding data for over a dozen platforms - private, bank, insurance - and gives access to a quick and easy bidding tool. Owners of the company had built a team to work on Automobilis, but they had realized that their tech knowledge was insufficient to deliver the product. This is why they asked us for help.Steps:Automobilis is a Lithuanian platform for bidding on vehicles from all over Europe. As always, in July 2020 we started our cooperation from scratch - finding out what the client’s expectation is - building an efficient platform for bidding vehicles, that can not fail. Because of that, the platform had to be really well-functioning - a lot of people from entire Europe bid on cars at the same time, so every second matters! Even the slightest delay may cause an incorrect result of the auction. This project was a special task - we’re glad we managed to complete it with the use of the newest technology - PHPSymfony, React, GraphQL and AWS, because of which everything works flawlessly. Five experienced engineers were taking part in this project: Project Manager, UX/UI Designer, Front-end Engineer, Back-end Engineer, and Mobile Engineer.Each member of our team always knows what his responsibility is. We are punctual, and always meet deadlines. One of the Big Four companies asked us to extend the existing cloud provider migration application with new data visualizations and to develop a new internal application for the company which was a data warehouse search interface.Spinbits role:increase the performance of already existing application used for assisting local server infrastructure migration into one of the selected cloud service providers,recreate the other application’s prototype to make it fit into the Client’s branding and interact with newly added external services.The first application was an existing solution for assisting local server infrastructure migration into one of the selected cloud service providers. The resulting infrastructure data visualization was not performant enough for production use and so the Client requested us to increase its performance. The existing chart data representation needed to be replaced with a new one for which the D3.js library was used as it offers great amounts of customization and can produce marvelous interactive graphs.The second application had an existing prototype created, but it needed to be created anew in order to fit into the Client’s branding and to interact with newly added external services. React.js was our library of choice for this task - it’s well tested, reliable, and offers its own ecosystem to extend it with multiple new capabilities, like managing the application’s internal state or easily interacting with external services. The user interface created by us allows for searching through documents in the data warehouse and extracting any piece of tabular data from attachments added to them.
