A loading check in China happens in a warehouse or at the factory. JS Sourcing own Quality Engineer conducts an inventory, quick product and packaging check of the goods before loading. Making sure that the shipping container is clean, free of holes is standard practice for JS Sourcing employees. Only after a thorough check can the goods be loaded. Shipping container is then sealed by JS Sourcing once all goods have been loaded, secured. At each stage of the container loading, JS Sourcing reports to Shipper & Buyer. Upon completion of Loading Check, JS Sourcing issues a report with photographic evidence of the shipping container, loaded goods and inventory. Detailed pictures are included.

Pre-Shipment Inspection, or PSI is the last quality check, at the factory in China. It is also the most common inspection in China that JS Sourcing in-house Quality team conducts. A pre-shipment inspection aims at making sure that product defect rate is within acceptable limit. In a word, avoid any recall, or defect that could hurt Client business. During a pre-shipment inspection, products are randomly sampled, and inspected in the smallest details as per inspection checklist. Any cosmetic, structural, performance or safety issue is considered a defect, and listed in the inspection report with high-res photographic evidence.JS Sourcing pre-shipment inspections are professional, quick and efficient.
