Project Description
I chose SEG UNIVERSE to handle the development of a mobile application for our social networking company. They segmented the project into milestones, but failed to adhere to them. After the initial build, I had to continuously push for fixes and enhancements. The features worked on included a splash screen, sign-in screen, profile screen, map screen, chat, and header/footer.

The lack of project management and communication from SEG UNIVERSE led to unresolved issues and ultimately, the project not being completed. It seemed like a scam as they took payment without delivering the promised product.

SEG UNIVERSE diligently worked to resolve the bugs in the initial app and is now assisting me in submitting the app to app stores. The assigned account manager, Lee, was highly responsive and knowledgeable, making the collaboration smooth and efficient.
Cons
While we didn’t always see eye to eye, SEG UNIVERSE remained patient and committed to fixing the issues with my app. Moving forward, I hope to see them continue to grow and provide even better services.
