Our collaboration with RISE involved a complete transformation of our website to enhance user engagement and modernize our online presence. RISE led us through a series of design workshops to shape the project scope, defining new user flows and page designs. They infused our site with personality, moving away from a transactional approach to create a more immersive experience. RISE also provided invaluable consultation to ensure seamless integration with our development partners, aligning design goals with cost-effective execution.

RISE delivered a high-quality design that perfectly captured our vision, showcasing professionalism and strong project management skills. Their open communication and collaborative approach empowered us throughout the design process, resulting in a final product that exceeded our expectations. The use of Slack and Figma for communication and feedback streamlined the entire process, ensuring continuity and transparency.

I was referred to RISE by a colleague for their expertise in UI/UX design. We provided them with our rough UX designs and explained our vision for the remaining pages. They worked on each page gradually, incorporating feedback and reviews along the way. One main resource, Eguakun, led the project with quality oversight from Jonny.

RISE delivered exceptional and satisfying design, instilling confidence in our MVP presentation. The team maintained clear and effective communication through Slack and video calls, making it easy to clarify complex ideas. The iterative design process was particularly impressive.

There was a slight mismatch in vision with the initial designer I worked with, but RISE promptly addressed this by assigning a more suitable replacement. This minor hiccup did not significantly impact the overall project timeline or quality of deliverables.

Our team at Pavilon Noir collaborated with RISE on a cutting-edge AR project, where we provided the app concept and artistic direction. RISE took charge of creating all app screens, 3D assets, animations, and coding the AR webapp using the 8th Wall framework. Their agile team ensured a seamless development process from start to finish.

The team’s agility and resiliency were impressive, adapting to our changing needs seamlessly. The final result exceeded our expectations, leading to a successful campaign with increased foot traffic and gift card distribution.

Towards the end of the project, there were some communication challenges which were resolved by directly engaging with the developers and 3D artist. Bypassing the project manager may have streamlined the process even further.
