BIG & Samoo_Oceanix
Renderings of a futuristic sustainable floating city have been revealed by UN-Habitat, the Busan Metropolitan City of the Republic of Korea and blue tech design company Oceanix. We created a pack of illustrations and animation together with Bucharest Studio. New York-based Oceanix led a team of the world’s best designers, engineers, and sustainability experts in designing the flood-proof prototype. The BIG-Bjarke Ingels Group and SAMOO (owned by Samsung) were the lead architects behind Oceanix Busan, which was unveiled at the Second UN Roundtable on Sustainable Floating Cities.

WHITEHORSE SQUARE, a 7500 m2 commercial complex with over 40 boutique retails, restaurants, daily-life services and supermarkets, World-class Childcare, Multi-functional office suites, etc. Designed by DETAIL 3. In this example, we created a compact set of illustrations that most effectively communicates the project’s key benefits: its location, architecture, configuration, and class of residential apartments, as well as its large arcade housing a variety of commercial establishments, including bars, restaurants, and beauty salons. Circle West Architects_OViO, Mesa Arizona
The image we did for Circle West Architects in the very beginning of 2022. Location: 1830 West Main Street Mesa, Arizona 85201. The Project consists of a 6-story multi-family residential housing project with a wrapped parking structure, multi-level podium, 1st Floor retail facing Main Street, surface parking, an indoor/outdoor dog park, two courtyards, elevated pool deck, ammenities. We did an image on the early stage of project development, to create an illustration of the overall look of the design.
DIM Group_Parklake city Townhouses
Contemporary complex in the suburbs of Ukraine’s capital.This project is a complex of townhouses in the suburbs close to a big pine forest. It is decorated with travertine stone and wood. The entrance group is made of black metal.This project is a dream place for those who want to live close to the city but enjoy a forest nearby, own a yard and live in a one-story building. Here your neighbors are your friends and you always have someone to celebrate your wins and mourn your losses with you.The complex consists of two groups standing back to back, which are divided by a narrow canal.
