My company collaborated with Radixweb on both front-end and back-end development, working closely on design and functionality. We had in-depth discussions on overcoming challenges, changing features, and improving user experience. Radixweb presented various visual options and layouts, seeking our input every step of the way. The team consisted of a requirement gathering specialist, senior business head, project lead, and three developers, all dedicated to bringing our vision to life. We utilized .NET for the front-end, Microsoft SQL enterprise for the back-end, and integrated with QuickBooks for financials. The project involved building servers, staging environments, and deploying the application seamlessly. Ongoing support for features and bug resolutions continues to this day.

The new design improved usability, productivity, and efficiency, providing better access to information and reducing data entry. Radixweb’s detailed approach to requirements gathering was instrumental in the project’s success. The team’s stability, consistency, communication, and customer service were exceptional.

At times, language barriers with junior developers led to minor communication issues. Providing specific wording for user-facing messages could enhance user experience.

RadixWeb completely transformed my online platform by building a new website from scratch. The old site was beyond repair due to security issues, and I was looking to take a fresh approach. The new website exceeded my expectations with enhanced features and a more professional look. One standout feature was the portfolio showcase, which beautifully displayed my work in a visually appealing way. One aspect that could be improved for English-speaking clients is the slight language barrier that may require additional clarification. While this didn’t pose a major issue, some phrases or accents may require a bit more explanation. Additionally, there was a significant fee associated with wiring money overseas for payment, which may come as a surprise to some clients.

I have partnered with Radixweb to enhance our technology solutions for our luxury jewelry brand. They have taken over our existing system and are maintaining it while also building a new backend system from scratch using .NET. The team composition includes 10-15 teammates, and I have one main point of contact. I started working with Radixweb in January 2019, and our collaboration is ongoing.

I chose to work with Radixweb because of their managed infrastructure. They took our existing code and architecture and transformed it into a solid foundation. We collaborated closely with their team to implement ASP.Net C# – MVC 5.0 and EntityFramework 6.0, along with Bootstrap, JQuery UI, and SQL Server 2014. Their top-down approach allowed us to easily communicate with CTO, VP Sales, Business Development, and various other team members.
