My interaction with RadioCord Technologies was based on an online search, and I chose them over others because of the trust I had in their capabilities. The project involved designing a custom router integrated with a software application feature as hardware. The scope included developing a special-purpose router board using a high-speed MIPS MediaTek processor, selecting hardware components, testing software services, setting up the supply chain for mass production, and handling hardware development, PCB design, fabrication, assembly, enclosure design, fabrication, product testing, and certification.

The company has its own in-house lab for hardware development, testing, fabrication, and assembly, which saved us time and money. They were efficient, prompt, and responsive in handling the project schedule and providing timely updates. They prioritized my needs and requirements, and had great project and risk management.

No specific areas for improvement were identified during my collaboration with RadioCord Technologies. They are already performing well and expanding into AI.
