Our collaboration with R-Szoft Ltd. was based on our past successful projects together. They were involved in the development of approximately 500 user stories, utilizing advanced technologies such as Java Microservices, REST, Spring, OSB, MQ for the backend, and Angular, HTML5, CSS for the frontend. The team consisted of 1 Senior Developer, Team Lead, and 4 Developers.

R-Szoft Ltd. impressed me with their fast ramp up and seamless integration into our existing agile teams. They delivered high-quality custom software on time, despite facing very challenging deadlines. Their use of Jira for agile project management was also commendable.

I have no areas for improvement to mention. R-Szoft Ltd. met all our project requirements and exceeded our expectations.

While R-Szoft’s straightforward and direct approach worked well for us, they could consider adapting more to slower customer processes when necessary.

I chose to work with R-Szoft Ltd. based on a recommendation and their impressive frontend development skills in Angular/Javascript. They were tasked with developing and migrating embedded mini applications for our company’s updated website, working closely with our internal team and another hired company. The key deliverables included the development of embedded mini applications according to specifications, using technologies such as Javascript and migrating from PHP.

R-Szoft Ltd. quickly adapted to our technical needs, showing advancement in skills and experience throughout the project. They provided great talent and understood our needs well. The quality of their work was exceptional, and our lead engineer gave positive feedback on their performance.

While their technical skills were top-notch, there may be room for improvement in soft skills among their colleagues. However, this did not significantly impact the project.
