Project Description
I discovered Pack Fresh through a recommendation from a friend and was immediately impressed by their high ratings and close proximity to my location. Their pricing fit perfectly within our budget, and their company values aligned with ours. Pack Fresh took on the task of processing all our packages, labeling, sorting, storing overnight, and dispatching them to our drivers. Pros
Thanks to Pack Fresh’s work, we have experienced a significant decrease in sorting errors compared to our previous provider. Their project management is extremely responsive and professional, always delivering items on time. I am most impressed by their ability to move quickly while providing exceptional service.
Cons
No areas for improvement or anything Pack Fresh could have done differently. Working with them has been absolutely amazing so far, with everything running smoothly. I sometimes forget I’m working with them, only to remember when I receive my invoice on Friday 😃
