ProblemsOld ERP system didn’t allow to develop new business areasTime to open new business areasAutomate Sales planning and accountingFollowing the Winner’s Imports Mission Statement, to be the leading automotive importer in Ukraine, Customer are measured it in terms of customers experience, superior services, effective manufacturer, market share and profitability, To be succeed at these areas was made decision to secure it the proper tool – ERP system. Microsoft Dynamics AX has been chosen as more reliable, flexible and scalable system.To support Strategy, Winner Imports implemented long-term complex project to build company management system based on ERP system Microsoft Dynamics AX. This project covered creation of centralized integrated system for vehicle and spare parts sale, as well as aftersales service.Solution coversLogistical and financial processes;Sales operations and planning;Cost accounting;Warranty processes;Operational and analytical reports.Serious attention was paid at ensuring opportunities for dealers. They are able to place their orders for vehicles and spare parts on importer’s web-site, track inventory of models and spare parts on other dealer’s warehouses, place warranty claims, track status of all orders and requests, use analytics, etc.Implementation’s attainmentsAll business are managed in the single information system, include dealers’ processes;Customers’ information from every dealers are accessed to be used for sales and co-sales purposes;Ability to provide personal approach for customers and their cars;Significantly increased the quality of warranty services planning and execution.

Archidata revamps customer service with D365 Sales

Archidata Services, based in New York, offers 3D scanning and design services in architecture, engineering, and construction. They excel in building surveys, 3D laser scanning, Revit modeling (BIM), and AutoCAD. They use modern technologies, precise instruments, and software.Archidata aimed to enhance customer experience from registration to post-sales. They sought a business solution integrated with cloud telephony and Microsoft 365 for seamless employee and customer operations.They partnered with OntargIT to implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales. This system enhances employee-customer relations and boosts sales process efficiency and quality.Results included a transparent sales process. Dynamics 365 Sales stores lead information, communication reminders, and interaction details in a unified CRM. Managers use it to send personalized reminders, strengthening early customer relationships. SharePoint and Microsoft Teams are used for data storage and transfer within the company. Archidata integrated phone communications with CRM and Teams (Microsoft Phone System).For project management, the project manager gets notifications in Teams and accesses data in Microsoft 365. Azelis implemented global corporate solution

Since 2007, Azelis Ukraine used 1C version 7.7 for business processes and accounting. In early 2018, they decided to adopt Dynamics AX2012 R3, focusing on compliance with Ukrainian legislative standards.This corporate solution unifies Azelis Ukraine’s business technology, standards in financial and supply chain management, IT, and personnel. It aims for efficiency in ongoing system development.The localization covers:Fund accounting: documents, reports, foreign currency transactionsSupplier and customer settlementsInventory accounting: documents, reports, various warehouse accountsFixed assets: accounting and tax records, documents, reportsVAT: accounting, tax bills, sales and acquisition ledgers, VAT declaration Integration with Ukrainian reporting system “M.E.
