Project Description

CREATING AN OPEN SOURCE CMS PLATFORM  ENSURING MEMBER ENGAGEMENT, GLOBAL AWARENESS AND GROWTHThe re-build of the website was critical to ensure NXT could deliver all the requirements scoped with the steering group and wider membership of Plant Heritage. Surveys and workshops were conducted to investigate the needs of the charity to ensure its new website was fit for purpose. There was a real requirement to support regional membership with access to the website features as well as create a single resource for access to the National Plants Collections.The site needed to attract and retain members and support a fully end-to-end eCommerce solution and integration with internal management tools.Visually we knew good quality large plant photos would make a real impact across the site, so we selected a family of beautiful close up photos taken by Plant Heritage and some of the members. Digital Re-brand, UX and DXP delivery project

CREATING AN ARCHITECTURE TO SUPPORT COVERAGE FOR GLOBAL MEDIA AND DIGITAL NEWSROOMS 24/7 AND 365 DAYS A YEAR USING A ROBUST AND SCALABLE INFRASTRUCTURESNTV’s coverage spans major sporting events as well as niche sports content globally. As a subscription and consultancy service, many of their clients’ core services are managed and delivered through SNTV’s website.NXT strategised the overall system architecture for sntv.com and designed and developed a custom https://2019.nxtds.com/digital-services. This was to enable all the functionality needed for digitising all client content as well as developing complex access management and trial management systems.NXT’s creative services included all UX plans for the external marketing website, client area, and email services. The site enables real-time sports video streaming and live sports news. The main complex functionality was the integration and setup of the on-demand service delivered via the “Client Zone.” Customers can access comprehensive live scripting content filtered by sport, date, type, and language. .NET Web application system

BUILDING A SECURE .NET WEB APPLICATION THAT PROCESSES BUSINESS CRITICAL DATA.  The project was broken into three main sprints. Firstly, an initial brand and creative project aimed at developing the look and feel of Tax Cloud, the brand, and the marketing site. Secondly, the scoping and planning of the application system for business clients to use. Finally, the requirements for an administration system used by the Myriad team to verify, edit and approve draft claims. The strategic UI planning for the application enabled NXT to create a sitemap visual using Adobe XD to guide through the online form completion process. At each step, we analysed the business requirements, the R&D logic, integration and UX layouts to create a portal and wizard lead application. The system included a number of verification steps to ensure administrators could veto potential unqualified claims. From an administration perspective, a separate dashboard and alerts system were planned to help the Myriad team in dealing with claims and updates.
