We recruited for various roles, conducted end-to-end recruitment, and adhered to Grass Valley’s mission and values. Over 1.5 years, we hired 166 people, sent 1000 CVs, and conducted 600 interviews.

Our recruiters delivered skilled employees for roles such as Mobile QA Engineer, Senior Android Developer, and DevOps. Through this model, Ntiative’s recruiters sent 21 candidates and filled 7 positions, resulting in a 40% reduction in Sliide’s recruitment costs. The subscription model allowed Sliide to tailor their hiring needs to a monthly fee per role, regardless of how many people they wished to hire for that role.
Patient21 used Ntiative’s subscription model to fill multiple positions quickly, including a whole new team of mobile developers. The roles they recruited for included PHP Developers, Team Lead - Mobile Development, and QA Engineers. Ntiative’s experienced recruiters searched and delivered skilled employees for Patient21. As a result, they sent 98 CVs and made 13 hires.
