The Town of Cutler Bay came to us with a challenge. They had purchased a 16-acre vacant lot for development but needed a “yes” vote on a G.O. bond to obtain the necessary funding to develop the land. They already had one failed vote and the upcoming election was their last chance to move forward and create a green space and municipal complex that the community so desperately needed. In order to succeed, it was imperative that a platform be created where residents could learn more about the project, understand the financial impact of the vote, and learn how this space could directly benefit them.The website Might & Matter developed was a key component in community outreach and education which resulted in a YES vote!
