I engaged Livewire to assist with the migration of our company’s document management system to Open Text. Their involvement spanned over the course of two years, from conceptualization to implementation. They provided detailed project plans, remote execution, and on-site support for a smooth transition. I am a satisfied repeat customer of Livewire.

Livewire’s knowledge in Open Text and ability to capture project requirements ensured a smooth flow of the migration process. Their staff, especially Angela and Rudi, demonstrated high levels of professionalism and expertise. Their remote troubleshooting capabilities were exceptional, and they provided excellent on-site support during the transition.

The only potential disadvantage of working with Livewire is the lack of face-to-face interaction, which can sometimes impact the sense of personal connection. However, this did not hinder the overall success of the project.

They provided valuable support from the initial demo to the final implementation, ensuring a seamless transition to the new system. Their assistance went beyond just technical support, as they also helped with server setup, document conversion, and even provided ongoing support for the Document Manager.

Their team provided excellent services and constantly communicated with us to ensure the system’s performance was optimal. They were always professional and polite, offering great advice on organizing and setting up our document search feature.

I can’t think of any areas where they could improve or do things differently. They exceeded our expectations in every aspect of the project.
