The ChallengeAdvertising – This company needed help to elevate its messaging on Amazon. They were known in retail through traditional brick-and-mortar, however, the advertising strategy was basic. They created essential campaigns for the top sellers but never experience any category growth or sales growth for the rest of the catalog.Listings & Variations – Having such an extensive catalog, the current focus is not to advertise the entire product selection, but rather on a select few chosen products. The client knew they needed a better way for customers to find the rest of the catalog.The ApproachWe started by analyzing the catalog & auditing the listings to identify how we can improve their Amazon presence. We then implemented the following:Listing Optimization & Variations We audited the client’s listings and provided feedback on areas of improvement. Many of the products could be grouped together and variated on the same listing.By providing feedback on Amazon listing best practices, the client’s team was able to implement high-intent keywords in the title, bullets, and description, and improve the backend search terms. Advertising We amplified the presence of ad placements for top-selling products. However, we also create campaigns for the full catalog. They immediately noticed a shift in rankings and organic sales. Products that did not perform well in big box retailers began to excel with our Amazon Advertising strategies.The client was very pleased that the full catalog was getting the support it needed.The ImpactWe accomplished their main goal of advertising their full product selection in a meaningful way.In fact, when we were all on a call with an Amazon AE, they shared that the benchmark ROAS was 2 to 3x in their category, and Laser Sight Digital was able to achieve an average of 7x ROAS for one brand and then a 10x ROAS for the second brand.

Case Study: Increased sales --> $37K to over $300K

The ChallengesAdvertising – the client was a relatively new seller when they came to Laser Sight Digital. Their sales were under $4,000 per month. We knew that we needed to increase their ad placements because most of their listings did not have a lot of reviews, which works against you when advertising effectively. Amazon Listings – In addition to beings a new seller, they also had very few reviews and their listings needed some work to increase their conversion rate. The titles weren’t optimized, the images were not high quality, and there was no A+ content on the page. The ApproachAs we always do with all new engagements, we started by auditing their listings, along with analyzing the market and its competitors. We then implemented the following:Listing Optimization We audited the client’s listings and provided feedback on areas of improvement. We walked them through how to optimize the title, main hero image, secondary images, and A+ content. Plus, we recommended strong backend search terms from the advertising reports that showed us how customers were searching for their products. We also recommended adding more variations as they had a lot of different colors and styles to choose from.By implementing our recommendations, the client increased their conversions by 62%! Advertising Implemented a strong campaign architecture with the main keywords. We also created competitor targeting campaigns, video campaigns, and defensive campaigns. This allowed us to avoid customers from jumping to our competitor listings.The ImpactWe’ve been able to increase their overall sales by 158%! And we’ve increased their average monthly ad sales by 358%. We also did this efficiently with a nice 29% increase in ROAS. So we made use of every dollar spent for the best bang for their dollar. In the first four months, we increased average monthly sales by 213% with only a 121% increase in ad spend, making every dollar go further.

Case Study: Increased sales by 30% and ROAS by 13%

The ChallengesAdvertising – the client was already running their own advertising campaigns but they knew they needed to elevate their ad placements in the marketplace. Their listings were being targeted by competitors quite heavily and they needed a way to fight them off. The client also had a loft goal of achieving a 5x ROAS, which they struggled to do consistently prior to working with us. Amazon Store – the brand store had some layout challenges that were keeping the client from increasing visibility and sales. They needed to find a design and layout that increase conversion rates and customer experience.  The ApproachWe started by auditing their listings, along with analyzing the market and its competitors. We then implemented the following:Listing Optimization We audited the client’s listings and provided feedback on areas of improvement. The client was also launching a brand new ASIN during Q4 (yes, during Q4).By providing feedback on Amazon listing best practices, the client’s team was able to implement high-intent keywords in their title, bullets, and description/A+ content. Advertising We created strong campaign architecture with the main keywords. We also created competitor targeting campaigns, video campaigns, and defensive campaigns to eliminate our competition from attacking our listings with ad placements. This allowed us to avoid customers from jumping to our competitor listings.Furthermore, we created our unique top-of-search campaigns to allow our products to get the top placement on page 1 on Amazon. This led to higher CTR% and ultimately, higher rankings in our subcategory. The ImpactNot only did we hit their KPI goals and perform higher than a 5x ROAS, but we also increased sales so much that they ran out of stock on their main product. However, being the savvy Amazon Ads Agency we are, we were able to allocate the budget toward other products in a timely manner.Increased sales by 30% in the first two months
