Over a span of 9 months, we successfully filled 35 vacancies for AutoHero. This achievement wasn’t solely the result of our proactive recruitment efforts but also due to our seamless communication strategy. At the outset of our collaboration, we initiated a Telegram chat, adding all the relevant recruiters from both our team and AutoHero.This chat became an invaluable tool. Recruiters coordinated interview schedules, deliberated over potential candidates’ fit, and conveyed candidates’ feedback and queries to the client. When a candidate faced rejection but presented valid counter-arguments, we relayed these back to the client. On occasion, this led to candidates being reconsidered and reintegrated into the hiring process. Additionally, the chat allowed for quick calls to address various issues and even shared some light-hearted moments, fostering a friendly and enjoyable atmosphere.Our relationship with AutoHero transcended the traditional client-agency dynamic. It was a genuine partnership where both parties worked cohesively towards a shared goal: to fill 35 vacancies before the New Year. Together, we made it happen.
