IBM  Content Manager iSeries & WAF Export UtilityThe migration utlility will work for all of IBM’s iSeries based imaging systems including WAF, VisualInfo, and Content Manager. The migration utility allows for the export of documents and metadata.This program supports objects stored on local DASD as well as Optical Jukebox. Configuration of the utlility can be set up to export all documents or administrator defined groups of documents. Optionally, the export utility can convert MO:DCA formatted documents to TIFF.Optical to DASD Migration UtilityWith ImageTech’s Optical to DASD Migration Utility for IBM Content Manager/iSeries and WAF, clients can return objects from old Optical Jukeboxes back to iSeries DASD. This utility allows customers to migrate content from these Jukeboxes in order to retire legacy hardware - thus reducing operating costs and improving document retrieval speed. Perform Migration with No End User DowntimeIBM Content Manager 8 Import This Utility enables customers to migrate documents quickly and efficiently into a new or existing IBM Content Manager 8.x system.The import utility reads XML-based load files to ingest the documents into IBM Content Manager. Information about Item Types and attributes can be configured to ensure the documents are stored in the correct logical location with their respective metadata. The utility will load any files regardless of format.

IBM FileNet P8 Content Manager Connector for eCopy ShareScanWith the FileNet P8 Content Manager Connector for eCopy ShareScan, hard copy documents are quickly converted into digital files to be stored in Content Manager Document Classes. Indexing information can be entered at the digital copier or scanner using eCopy ShareScan. IBM Information Integrator Content Edition Connector for IBM CM/iImageTech Systems is pleased to announce the IBM Content Manager/iSeries IICE Connector, allowing organizations to include their iSeries-based content repositories in an enterprise-wide content integration solution.IBM’s Information Integrator Content Edition (IICE) provides the framework to enable organizations with an enterprise content integration strategy, resulting in multiple disparate content sources looking and acting as one system. Now, IBM Content Manager/iSeries customers can include their iSeries repositories as part of this strategy. The ImageTech Systems Content Manager/iSeries IICE Connector provides the necessary integration to add a Content Manager/iSeries system to any organization’s IICE framework. Content from Content Manager/iSeries can now be included in federated searches from enterprise users. Additionally, users can be exposed to a browse-able folder structure via IICE.
