Since early 2019, Guidea has collaborated with IBM Watson teams to drive UX research, strategy and design for major product portfolios including Maximo, Digital Twin, Aviation Tririga and Engineering Lifecycle Management. The products have been well received in the marketplaces and received awards for design and innovation. “Guidea has been instrumental in partnering with our design team for the modernization of major offerings in our AI Applications portfolio. A Repeatable Process for Innovation at Purina
Based on a referral from our partners at Express Scripts, Purina engaged Guidea to build a repeatable process for innovation, including establishing teams, processes and tools to be used by cross-functional teams. The subsequent initiatives have been very successful, including an overhaul of the Petfinder app that has resulted in a 2x increase in organic monthly users and the launch of the overhauled JustRight personalized nutrition site.
Connected Homes, Connect Spaces
Honeywell engaged Guidea to collaborate with their industrial design partner, frog, on launching an innovative connected home experience for everyday consumers. Guidea provided field research, design strategy, and design execution for the Honeywell home platform. This IoT experience was awarded “Best Gadget” at CES in 2015. Follow-up engagements included research and ideation for the future of connected vehicles and buildings.
Cybersecurity Breakthrough Award Winning SaaS
Guidea led the design for Secureworks’ flagship security analytics SaaS application, RedCloak Threat Detection and Response (TDR). Guidea continues to provide research and design for new features and products Secureworks is rated “Furthest for completeness of vision” and “Highest for ability to execute” in the Gartner Magic Quadrant for Managed Security Services Worldwide and was recognized for Cloud Security Innovation in 2021 CyberSecurity Breakthrough Awards Program. “Guidea ened up being exactly what we needed.
