I can’t think of any areas where they could improve. Perhaps implementing a formal project management/tracking software could enhance communication and organization.

I engaged Goji Labs to completely transform our website, both front- and backend, making it easily editable by our team. They conducted an extensive UX/UI audit and collaborated with key stakeholders to create a brand new design. Special features like a knowledge library and interactive map were added to enhance user experience.

Goji Labs’ team was organized, provided constant feedback, and maintained open communication throughout the project. They were accommodating to our bilingual team and consistently delivered professional and timely results.

With over 2,100 students and 120 school liaisons, the system needed to be robust and efficient. We had a tight timeline to meet the launch deadline before the start of the school year, and Goji Labs delivered a solution that exceeded our expectations.

While Goji Labs used a helpful tool called Figma for wireframing, it would have been beneficial if they provided more guidance on using the tool. There was a learning curve for us as we had not used it before. Additionally, being more open to their ideas and fully committing to the project budget would have helped in maximizing the system’s functionality.
