Project Description
I selected this vendor for their transparent pricing structure, exceptional customer support, and efficient shipping and storage costs. They provided a range of services including sales channel integration, inbound stocking, warehouse reception, fulfillment, and return management if needed. Three team members, including a Business Developer, Account Manager, and Customer Support Staff, worked closely with us throughout the project.
Pros
I was impressed by the company’s dedication to ensuring timely delivery, product safety, and inventory management. They made sure our orders were fulfilled promptly and our customers were satisfied with the shipping conditions.
Cons
At the beginning, there were some errors in their system which led to incorrect shipments. However, after a few weeks, they improved their performance and provided excellent support.
