Email automation for a growing eCommerce business
Since partnering with Forest City Digital, this client has seen a dramatic increase in email-generated revenue as well as an increase in repeat customers.Through a full integration with Shopify and Klaviyo, we designed and implemented 13 flows with A/B testing in place. We then led the buildout of an email strategy and calendar for campaigns and promotions.
