How do you reduce six different tools to just one? How do you increase customer engagement? How do you reduce time on mundane tasks? How do you achieve digital transformation success when multiple stakeholders have conflicting priorities, including several third-party vendors? Store employees needed six tools on their belts, including a legacy device with the barcode scanner, a cordless phone, and two-way radio. This made picking, packing, and taking inventory of products cumbersome and time-consuming. Human errors meant that public-facing information about products in inventory rarely reflected what was sitting on backroom shelves. The experience was frustrating for both the employees and the customers.

How do you increase sales in the industry losing ground to digital channels, including eReaders, tablets, and smartphones? Our client wanted to boost sales of its books on public speaking to an audience increasingly turning to mobile apps.
Over 90% saving in time
How do you reduce time on task drastically and provide an app solution for the sales team that is always on the go? So the primary users were the sales reps. In addition to sales, they had to program the implantable device and spend hours and days registering it and documenting patient information. The iPad app brought that time down to minutes. The app also eliminated the need to refer to any other documentation or pick up the phone for support. Users who are mainly on the road could now use the app on the go.
