Our collaboration with the vendor involved a complete overhaul of our website, with a focus on integrating fresh branding elements provided by an external agency. Weekly review meetings and constant communication through shared slack channels ensured seamless coordination between our team and theirs. I played a crucial role in facilitating the exchange of internal resources and materials, while also overseeing the project from our end.

Definery showcased exceptional flexibility in accommodating our evolving business needs, consistently meeting tight deadlines. Their responsiveness and willingness to iterate on ideas were particularly commendable, resulting in a highly productive partnership.

While we appreciated Definery’s ability to quickly revise designs and meet aggressive timelines, there were instances where we desired more creative freedom in the ideation process. This may stem from a potential communication gap on our end.

Our collaboration with Definery involved creating two distinct interfaces and multiple user personas for a cutting-edge healthcare savings platform. They provided extensive support in low- and high-fidelity wireframing, user experience design, customer journeys, and logo design. The project initially focused on web design but also included guidance for mobile-responsive layouts. I’ve been very impressed and encourage everyone to use Definery. That being said, I don’t find their user research side particularly strong. They don’t have anyone in-house for this, so they outsource the work. They work closely with their partners, but I still wouldn’t consider it one of their core competencies.
