I joined the project with Cloud Ten Labs already on board. They created an admin page for data management, with sections for categorizing projects, image uploads, project location by coordinates, color coding, project description, and a chat feature integrated through ZenDesk.

They excel at visually translating client requests for front end development, delivering exactly what was planned. Communication is thorough, ensuring all project details are understood.

There were some delays in updates due to payment issues and conflicting developments within the app. Communication was hindered by time zone differences, with responses often not received until the next day. Bug reduction and improved communication within the client’s time zone could be areas for improvement.
