I chose ClickySoft to revamp our WordPress website for rental properties because their pricing was fair and they had a strong track record. The project involved reformatting existing text and images to improve the site’s appearance, as well as integrating a hotel booking plugin with payment processing. The team member I worked with was knowledgeable and responsive throughout the process.
Pros
ClickySoft impressed me with their ability to meet deadlines, even during the holiday season. Their team displayed thoroughness, technical skills, and a non-condescending attitude. Their command of English was excellent, making communication smooth and efficient. I particularly appreciated their responsiveness, especially in the mornings.
Cons
One area for improvement could be their availability in the afternoons, especially for clients in EST. However, this was not a major issue and did not significantly impact the project.
