The ChallengeHorizon Community Church is a growing church in Cincinnati that strives to be place for people to explore.Horizon already had a successful website with good engagement and wanted a mobile app to engage new visitors and emphasize the on-demand video streaming services and off-line podcasts with custom playlists. Most importantly it needed to sync its content with the existing system in a single place for content management and updates. The SolutionCentogram began with User Experience (UX) wireframes and an on-line prototype to test the designs of the app and create engagement with all of the key stakeholders on the project. This allowed the team to work out important details and visual elements before any programming was started.A custom video and audio player was created that allowed for off-line playing of content. Users can create custom playlists that in addition to being convenient provide an additional sense of engagement within the app. With church services and events being restricted or canceled all over the country due to the COVID-19 restrictions, the app has proven itself to be a valuable tool for keeping the continuity of services available.
The ChallengeOften manufacturing companies have many established processes that get more complicated over the years and become hard to manage manually.“To locate a specific batch usually required a walk around the plant to visually verify where it was and what quantity was available.”The client was currently using set of boards and cards and wanted a way to digitally visualize the workflow and have a way to instantly access aging inventory reports or locate storage resources. The SolutionAn iOS native app was created that was designed to build on the previous Kanban based boards and cards system. We created a visual representation of the batches that could be placed in columns, where each column represents a particular production line. As things progress the batches will move from one stage to the next, to reconditioning to clean and back again. Each time the status is updated the system tracks the inventory weight and location.Quantity indicators at the top provide instant visual feedback on all inventory.
The ChallengeSales reps are typically responsible for prospecting, setting appointments, visiting customer sites, making presentations and delivering on sales goals.Cintas wanted a way to organize and gamify the sales process for anyone in the company with an app that integrated with their existing relationship management system, Microsoft Dynamics. The app needed to work on both Android and iOS devices and be privately distributed using a custom mobile device management (MDM) system. They also required single sign on (SSO) with their users existing enterprise credentials. The SolutionCentogram built an app that utilizes cloud based GPS services to auto populate business information and prompt users to add additional information like photos and other sales details.Leads would then be sent to relationship managers who would follow up on the leads and assign tasks to individuals with status indicators and reminders.Incentivized rewards encouraged engagement and were tied directly to a measurable action or achievement. The app is a huge success and has been continually supported and embraced for the past 10 years.
