Through a referral, our company partnered with CAL IT Group to provide comprehensive Managed IT and Security Services. They conducted an initial Discovery Process, performed a detailed IT Health Check and Risk Analysis, and deployed various monitoring, security, and backup services to enhance our IT infrastructure.

With CAL IT Group’s expertise, our server and network performance has significantly improved, leading to higher daily outputs from employees. The team’s proactive approach has also resulted in a decrease in support calls, instilling confidence in our data security among stakeholders.

Currently, they are implementing a managed detection and response product and offering consulting services on various IT solutions.

While CAL IT Group excels in following up on tasks, it would be beneficial if they had a client portal for tracking service tickets. However, this minor inconvenience does not detract from their overall performance and reliability.

I selected this vendor based on their exceptional knowledge and expertise. They helped us seamlessly set up a Cloud Hybrid over a weekend and then completed our Virtual environment setup. Two dedicated reps, Joe and Kevin, worked closely with our team throughout the project.

The team at CAL IT Group provided amazing job with their documentation, workflow, and communication. Their knowledge and expertise were truly impressive.
