Pros
C5 Insight exceeded my expectations with their CRM expertise and seamless implementation. They were exceptionally accessible and responsive, taking a collaborative and personal approach to our relationship.
Cons
The only issue we encountered was the transition from 4.0 to 2011 and some differences in security models. However, C5 handled these challenges effectively and efficiently.
