Project Description
I came across Beyond Culture, LLC through a previous work acquaintance and was immediately impressed by their great culture fit, value for cost, and alignment with our company values. Karen, the sole employee assigned to our project, consulted with our learning and development team, CEO, and Head of HR to design a customized culture-building workshop for our senior managers and an executive session to introduce our new core values during our annual offsite. The interactive exercises, lively discussions, and insightful conversations sparked by Beyond Culture’s workshop truly exceeded our expectations.
