(image optimization by reducing their size and compressing them as much as possible)▶️ Next, we needed to remove the scripts from the render blocking system by adding the “defer” and “async” attributes to the files. This ensures that they do not hinder the rendering process.▶️ Finally, we have eliminated the YouTube integration from the site and replaced it with Shopify video integration. This change was necessary due to the negative impact the YouTube library had on the site’s performance when combined with other scripts. Now, we can upload and showcase videos seamlessly on the frontend using the new integration.Result:the GTmetrix Grade increased from F to C.
