I chose to work with 2K Inmobiliaria because of their expertise and the assurance they provided me during our negotiations. Our initial contact was over the phone, followed by a meeting where I shared my requirements. They presented me with suitable property options, and after visiting one that caught my eye, I made a decision. The price of the apartment was $311,793.00, with financing agreed upon for 25 years. Throughout the process, I only dealt with a dedicated real estate agent.
