Pros

The team at 18 Coffees was incredibly responsive, collaborative, and easy to work with. They kept the project on track with weekly touch base meetings and were flexible in accommodating our needs. Their thoughtfulness in working through obstacles was truly impressive.

Cons

In hindsight, we could have spent more time planning and developing contingency plans for the project, as the work was constantly evolving. I wish we had delved deeper into the work to be done to better anticipate changes and adjustments that were needed.
